Two Weeks In

It's all Coming Together!!!!
Isn't it wonderful to see how God does things, as we are planning for the 15th of January 2012, we are so overjoyed to see what how the building is coming together, the stage has been cast yesterday, and so now the painting starts.We are so grateful for the friends we have that are supporting us and for all the prayers. I think the greatest privilege is that on that Sunday we will have 3 Generations of Lead Elders in our meeting, what an inheritance we have to follow.

Jars of Clay!!!!!!!!
2 Cor 4: 7 -12 states that "We have this Treasure in Jars of Clay to show that this all surpassing power is from God and not from us".
I read yesterday on a another blog from a man I view as one of the Church Father's of the 21st Century that a Prince in the House has fallen, and this is really been troubling my heart, and has caused such a sense of just knowing that we are such fragile men and woman on the frontline of the Kingdom.We are out there leading our people into the fullness of the knowledge of Christ, but yet we are just men made from the dust of the earth.
My heart has broken for that family and I pray that the Lord will restore that which has been stolen and will do even more than expected, but i feel for us Church Leaders and Men and Woman of God, we need to make sure that our backs are protected by our friends.Looking out for us, praying for us and being honest with us when they see the warning signs.
I thank God for a wonderful friend the Lord has given me, a man of God, open, honest and truly He is my brother in Christ,but I need to always be alert to the enemy's plan and awake to see the traps.
Lessons from this:
Always but always council with your wife or wife with your Husband , woman do not council a man and men do not council a woman, always be on guard what you watch, where you go, even the internet as wonderful a tool as it is, even Facebook can be dangerous.For us men how involved is your wife in your daily dealing, if your PA knows more about your day than your wife you are already in trouble, let your wife be your rear guard, keep her close, she is your rib, your helper, your best friend, make her part of everything you do . Guys our lives are to short and there is to much to do for the King and the Kingdom to allow the enemy a foothold in our lives.
In Verse 8 it says that "we are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed,perplexed, but not in despair, persecuted, but not abandoned, struck down, but not destroyed." For every man and woman of God that has stumbled let this Scripture be an encouragement that there is hope and restoration in Jesus Christ Our King. The enemy will come to break us and to even take our lives, but in Jesus we can find safety, let us flee from even the appearance of evil. Brothers in Christ let us be there to protect and pray for each other in our togetherness as the Body of Christ.

The Build Up !!!!!!
I am so excited about what God is doing, as we were praying at our Regional Relating Pastors Meeting. We had a real sense that God was placing His Glory into our hands, that He was depositing something in our hearts about a New Beginning.
When God spoke to Kim and I about this plant it looked scary and completely impossible, but we have seen the Lord do remarkable things, the building, the finance for all of the Musical stuff and just how the Lord has been bringing people into our Circles that have been broken and hurt by life.
God has given us a responsibility to see these people healed and brought into the fullness of their callings in Christ Jesus our Saviour. We are starting on an exciting yet dawnting journey on the 15th of January 2012, where we will aim to allow the Holy Spirit to be made manifest in our meetings, not just to be another church, but to see the miracleous movement of the Holy Spirit in Our togetherness as a newly formed Body and part of the bigger Body of Christ.
